About the job
We are looking for a new team member to support us immediately or by arrangement with a 40% workload.
- Collaboration in the development, maintenance, and further advancement of the integrated quality management system, consisting of food and occupational safety, environmental management (ISO 14001), and emergency organisation for the ZFV cooperative and its business areas
- Active participation in all specialist areas of quality and environmental management
- Involvement in nationwide new openings to support the implementation of relevant management system topics (e.g. preparation of starter boxes for operations) in coordination with the person responsible for food safety
- Willingness to travel
- Support in the introduction of operational managers and those responsible on site
- Ensuring and checking the implementation of concepts and requirements in the areas of food and occupational safety as well as environmental management
- Preparation and follow-up as well as accompaniment of internal and external audits
- Dispatch of hygiene and inspection reports,
- Maintaining the deviation list of internal audits
- Participation and supervision of projects such as Axino (temperature monitoring in the food sector)
- Calling in calibration officers and notifications to cantonal laboratories
- Administrative support of the departments at headquarters and project teams in the areas of quality and environmental management, occupational and food safety in coordination with the head of quality and environmental management and the specialist area managers
- Maintenance of the digital filing structure
Your recipe for success:
- Vocational training EFZ in the field of gastronomy (advantageous)
- (Ongoing) further training in the areas of quality management and/or food safety
- Basic knowledge in the management and implementation of process-oriented quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001) in hospitality and gastronomy
- Experience in interdisciplinary project work
- Solid IT skills across all MS Office applications
- Very good oral and written German skills
- French language skills
- HACCP (hygiene management)
- Teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn

Among other things, we place great value on salary transparency and pay equality. For this position, we offer an annual salary between CHF 52,000 and CHF 70,000 (including 13th month salary) for a 100% workload, depending on your experience and qualifications.
