Your tasks

  • Independent management of the complete personnel administration of the assigned car dealerships; entries and exits, creation of contracts, references, confirmations, etc.
  • Responsible for payroll processing of the assigned companies; recording, changes and processing of all payroll-relevant data in Abacus
  • First point of contact for line managers in all questions regarding personnel and payroll administration
  • Contact with external partners such as licensing authorities, social insurance institutions and municipalities

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training and further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
  • Several years of experience in HR administration including payroll processing is essential
  • Fluent German in spoken and written form; good foreign language skills in Italian or French are essential
  • Very good knowledge of labour and social insurance law
  • Independent, resilient personality with a high level of commitment and precise, efficient working style
  • Integrity, team-oriented person with absolute confidentiality and strong service orientation
