In this role, you listen carefully when it comes to buzzwords like collaboration, more efficiency, and Microsoft 365, ask the right questions, and ensure that your interlocutors have that "aha" moment. You connect everyday challenges with modern tools, transfer existing quality requirements into the age of modern software, and turn complex possibilities of Microsoft 365 into understandable, tangible solutions. You work closely with people and delve deeply into organisational issues to create concrete improvements. You take real responsibility for the precise translation of requirements into modern Microsoft 365 solutions. In your daily work as a Senior Solution Engineer Microsoft 365, you shape the path from "complicated" to "finally understood".
Responsibilities:
Together with customers, you develop Microsoft 365 solutions for modern work environments
You analyse requirements, configure solutions, and work closely with cloud, development, and security teams
Workshops and customer presentations are as much part of your daily routine as presales activities
You take responsibility and actively develop the services
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at HF level or degree as well as experience in consulting and projects
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot
Understanding of organisations, processes, and change management
You communicate flawlessly in German both written and spoken, ideally at native level including Swiss German
