Your Tasks
- Caring for patients and their families in complex situations forms a significant part of your daily routine.
- You bear professional responsibility for nursing and ensuring nursing quality.
- You contribute to the further development of clinical and conceptual, evidence-based nursing.
- You support and advise the nursing staff on the ward and train new employees.
- As part of the management team, you assume professional leadership responsibility for nursing development.
Your Profile
- FH or HF Nursing Diploma
- Solid professional experience, including at least two years in paediatric-oncological nursing
- Completed MAS in Nursing or willingness to complete it
- Leadership experience and leadership competencies
