On our therapy ward for depression and anxiety diagnoses, we accompany and support patients on their individual journey through treatment and back to a better quality of life. For this, we are looking for a committed and competent nursing specialist who enjoys psychiatric nursing and actively contributes to an interprofessional team. With us, you can expect a varied and demanding working environment where relationship building, professional competence, and a professional attitude are central. Your experience in the psychiatric field and your perspective are expressly sought.

Your tasks

• You accompany and monitor patients in depression treatment
• You work in a committed and motivated interprofessional team, where jointly defined goals are pursued and solutions sought together
• You contribute your valuable experience and actively participate in maintaining and optimising our high quality standards
• You take on the role of nursing key worker for the patients assigned to you
• You contribute to high patient satisfaction through competence and relationship building

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• You have experience in psychiatry or in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• You are resilient and appreciate the challenges on a depression ward
• Through a professional attitude and critical (co-)thinking, you can contribute to optimising structures and processes
