What you move

• You are responsible for the development and implementation of the global Learning & Development strategy
• You create a culture of continuous personal development and support our internal succession
• You coordinate and create targeted learning and development programs based on our different career tracks
• You support us strategically but also in the operational implementation and in the L&D tool

• Take on a lot of personal responsibility and initiative in an interdisciplinary team with Business and HR

What you bring along

• Completed BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration or Psychology (University/FH)
• Extensive and global experience in the area of learning and development, ideally within the industry
• Engaging personality with vision, that convinces us with creative drive and an open mindset
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
