About the job
As an HR Project Manager and System Specialist, you actively drive the further development of our HR system landscape and the digitalisation of our HR processes in the DECH region. You form the bridge between the HR specialist teams, IT and the other departments.
What you will achieve
- HR Project Management DECH
You take end-to-end responsibility for the initiation, planning and successful implementation of HR projects. In doing so, you coordinate various stakeholders, communicate result-oriented and accompany change management for sustainable anchoring of new solutions in the company.
- System & Module Support (SuccessFactors & OpenText)
You support and optimise the SuccessFactors modules Onboarding and Learning as well as the OpenText system (personnel file & document generation). You know the modules down to the field level, manage change and error management and act as the central interface to IT.
- HR Change and Project Management in the SAP-HCM Environment
You analyse existing HR processes, identify optimisation potentials and support requirements specifications, tests and documentation and coordinate the implementation of HR process optimisations in payroll.
What you bring with you
- Experience: Solid practical experience in HR as well as cross-departmental project management.
- System know-how: Proven user knowledge in SuccessFactors (ideally Onboarding/Learning) as well as experience with OpenText and SAP-HCM.
- Working style: Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with an independent, structured and goal-oriented approach.
- Education: Subject-related degree (business administration, business informatics, HR management) or a comparable qualification with appropriate further training.
- Languages: Business fluent German and English skills for communication in the DECH region and international teams.
