For our industrial production area at the Swiss headquarters in Emmenbrücke, we are looking for you as

Your tasks

• Leading and developing a team of up to 35 employees including strengthening a professional management level
• Planning and implementing training and further education measures for sustainable team development
• Ensuring efficiency and quality in assembly through lean principles and continuous improvement processes
• Co-responsibility for cost, budget and performance control
• Ensuring the flow of information to all subordinate employees
• Contact person for directly subordinate employees and the associated interfaces
• Participation in investment projects and responsibility for their successful implementation
• Supporting production technology with Q-alerts (analysis, definition and implementation of immediate and sustainable measures)
• Moderation and leadership of shopfloor meetings in own area of responsibility

What you bring

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally with further education at HF/FH level or equivalent
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills at least level B2
• Assertive personality with high social competence and enthusiasm
• High personal responsibility as well as strong commitment
• High quality awareness as well as a resilient, flexible and goal-oriented working style
• SAP knowledge and further training in process technology are desirable
