Service Technician/Assembler (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You accept repairs personally or by phone from customers
• You repair aluminium and polycarbonate suitcases according to customer wishes
  
• You work with a riveting machine, drill, and sewing machine
• You respond to customer enquiries via e-mail
• You place orders for spare parts
• You manage a spare parts warehouse

Your Profile

• You have completed a vocational training in a craft
• You have good manual skills
• You speak good English
• You are confident in using MS Office applications Word, Excel, and Outlook
• You are service-oriented and reliable
• You have an independent working style
• You speak very good German
