Tasks and Areas of Activity
- Initiation, acquisition and management of application-oriented projects with external partners, especially based on third-party funding
- Development of applied research and service projects
- Contribution to the scientific quality, visibility and impact of the institute's activities
- Strengthening cohesion between teaching, applied research and the needs of practice in Bachelor, Master and continuing education programmes
- Design and delivery of practice-oriented courses in Bachelor, Master and continuing education programmes
Your Profile
- Doctorate in a field relevant to the job requirements, especially in management of organisations, applied psychology or change processes
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing third-party funds
- Demonstrated experience in applied research, project management, collaboration with external partners and university teaching
- Expertise in several areas related to work-related dynamics and organisational development, such as organisational behaviour, innovation, human resource management, workplace health, transformation or entrepreneurship
- Good knowledge of challenges in various contexts, including companies of different sizes, public and social organisations or umbrella organisations
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily and to contribute significantly and collegially to the institute's joint activities
- Proficiency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language as well as English
