Senior Group Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 130,000Responsibilities:
- You independently drive the professionalisation, systematisation and digitalisation of financial and project controlling
- You take responsibility for group-wide financial planning, budgeting and rolling forecasting and help us simplify, accelerate and consolidate the associated processes
- For this, you proactively create forward-looking control concepts in close consultation with management and the finance team and implement them together with internal and external implementation partners
- You also design and maintain meaningful and sustainable analyses and reports for management
- You act as a confident sparring partner for our regional directors and members of the management team
- Finally, you participate in the "busy season" in coordinating the consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER (consolidation, preparation of the financial report, etc.) and further develop the group’s internal control system (ICS)
Qualifications:
- Business administration education (university of applied sciences or university) with a focus on finance and accounting, controlling and/or specific further training (e.g. federally certified expert in accounting and controlling)
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in a similar position
- You are confident with financial statements and have knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, pronounced "can-do" mentality as well as good presentation and communication skills
- Very good IT user skills (especially MS Office), knowledge of Abacus (ERP system) and/or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, flair for numbers and enjoyment of new challenges as well as working in a small team
- Very good German and English skills
