Property Manager Residential Properties & Condominium Ownership (m/f/d)

Independent management and rental of residential properties
Conducting viewings as well as apartment inspections and handovers
Preparation of rental contracts and processing of terminations
Organisation and coordination of craftsmen as well as handling of damage cases
Management of condominium ownership including implementation of resolutions and preparation of meetings
Control of creditor payments and dunning procedures
Collaboration with accounting for ancillary, quarterly, and annual billing
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training and several years of experience in property management
Completed further training in property management or willingness to complete it
Experience with residential properties and basic knowledge of condominium ownership
Very good MS Office and German skills as well as good numerical understanding
Driving licence category B as well as service-oriented and independent working style
