About the job

The altage group is a family business active in the management of medico-social establishments and intermediate structures. Ideally located throughout the canton of Vaud, its facilities are able to offer a suitable living environment for around 500 residents in the geriatric and psychiatric fields. The logistics of the sites are managed by the company Résidence concept sàrl, which notably includes a technical service, a construction service, and a transport service for resident transfers or deliveries. Works Director - Property Manager

Permanent contract at 50%

Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed

Workplace: Vuiteboeuf (Northern Vaud)

Your mission will be to:

• Participate in meetings with various contractors
• Request quotes
• Monitor works and ensure financial follow-up
• Manage the property portfolio
• Propose improvements
• Maintain contact and follow-up with management companies for rental properties

Your profile:

• Experience as a works director is essential
• Proficiency in basic computer tools
• Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
• Initiative and autonomy
• Comfortable with communication
• Driving licence
