The Bellevue Medical Group is a leading interdisciplinary network of neurological-neurosurgical and neuropsychological competence centres with around 300 employees in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Every year, we treat thousands of patients both on an outpatient and inpatient basis. We rely on the latest diagnostics, individualised therapies, as well as personal and sustainable care.
For our small but fine HR team, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual to support our steadily growing company with competence and passion.
Your area of responsibility
In this versatile role, you will take on the following main tasks:
- Personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from drafting employment contracts, contract adjustments to work references
- Competent point of contact for insurance and personnel-related queries
- Active participation in payroll processing as an interface to our fiduciary partner
- Handling accident and illness notifications, family allowances, withholding tax and EO compensations
- Control in absence management
- Preparation of HR reports and evaluations
- Further development of the HR department within the team
Your profile
- At least five years of practical experience in personnel administration, complemented by sound knowledge in payroll processing
- Completed commercial training as well as further education in the HR field
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
- Independent and responsible working style
- Discreet, service-oriented personality
- Confident handling of common HR tools and MS Office
