For our residences hosting people with intellectual disabilities, we are looking for a:

Night Care and Support Assistant (ASA)

Your mission

• Provide care and offer personalised support to resident persons, according to the mandate and under delegation;
• Ensure, through active presence, the continuity of support, the safety of people and property during the night;
• Ensure the well-being of resident persons by carrying out the prescribed monitoring within the framework of the night service organisation;
• Maintain the premises and equipment as needed;
• Carry out routine administrative tasks related to the role.

Your profile

• AFP in care and support assistance (ASA) or an equivalent qualification recognised by SEFRI;
• Solid experience in supporting people with disabilities;
• Ability to work independently, prioritising actions according to urgency;
• Discretion, sense of responsibility, rigour and adaptability;
• Ease in working and communicating within an interprofessional team;
• Comfortable with IT and office tools;
• Availability to work evening and night shifts.

Work rate: 80%
