Responsibilities
- Independent management of a diverse portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership
- Support and advice for owners, tenants, craftsmen and external service providers
- Organisation and coordination of repair, maintenance and renovation work; conducting apartment inspections and handovers as well as handling tenant changes
- Responsibility for the administrative and organisational management of the properties
- Support with property accounting and service charge settlements
- Accompanying owners' meetings and implementing corresponding resolutions
- Monitoring contracts, deadlines and ongoing maintenance work
Requirements
- Commercial basic training with further education in the real estate sector (federal specialist certificate in property management)
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Sound knowledge in managing rental properties and ideally condominium ownership
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Communicative and service-oriented personality with confident demeanour
- Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with property management software
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
