- Independent setup, operation and programming of CNC machining centres (3-5 axes)
- Creation of NC programmes using CAM system
- Manufacture of precision parts for prototypes, functional models and test assemblies
- Production according to technical drawings, sketches or direct consultation with development
- Adjustment of existing components as well as manufacture of special tools, clamping devices and gauges
- Consultation of development and engineering teams regarding manufacturing possibilities
- Support in Design for Manufacturing / Design to Cost
- Carrying out quality controls of manufactured components
- Assistance in maintenance and upkeep of the machine park
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical training in machining manufacturing
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in independent setup, operation and programming of CNC machines
- Solid experience with CAM systems
- Experience with 3- to 5-axis CNC machining centres
- Very good handling of modern PC and software environments
- Fluent German language skills
- Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
- Good comprehension and enjoyment of collaboration with development and engineering
- Experience with 3D printing / additive manufacturing is an advantage
- Knowledge of drawing standard ISO 8015 is an advantage
