Innovation Manager for Industrial Automation (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Driver of defining new business cases for the industry from identifying opportunities to industrialisation
- Creation of overall planning, justification, goals, resources, schedules and budgets to obtain management approval
- Design of dedicated strategic product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Identification of potential strategic business development partners
- Building a strong network and relationships
- Ongoing close monitoring of the technical and commercial developments of your projects
- Close collaboration with key customers
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in strategic business or marketing with a strong understanding of business development in an industrial sector, ideally with a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automation (5-year degree)
- Strong customer orientation with a strategic outlook and skills in planning multi-phase execution
- Previous experience in various functions and geographic regions within a complex organisation
- At least 5 years of experience in a start-up or industrial context with new business development
- Previous experience in business engineering as well as business project management
