The Civil Registry Office of the Baar District is once again well staffed with professionals and is looking for a new member to expand the team.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a civil registrar with a professional certificate (60 - 100%).

• Certification in civil status matters (birth, child recognition, name declarations, death, etc.)
• Conducting marriage preparation procedures and weddings
• Issuing extracts from the civil status register
• Organising funerals
• Providing information and advice to customers at the counter and by telephone

What you bring

• Commercial basic training
• Federal professional certificate for civil registrars (mandatory)
• Good written and oral expression
• Foreign language skills desirable
