For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Winterthur ZH area, we are looking for a reliable and technically skilled individual as a Polymechanic CNC Milling / Mechanical Engineering 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will work in mechanical manufacturing and process components for demanding mechanical engineering and industrial applications. You will set up CNC milling machines, manufacture according to drawings, and ensure consistently high quality.
- Manufacturing mechanical engineering components, individual parts and small series
- Reading and implementing technical drawings and manufacturing documents
- Performing quality and dimensional checks
- Changing and adjusting tools, fixtures and clamping devices
- Optimising machining processes and manufacturing workflows
- Supporting prototypes, special productions and technical adjustments
- Collaborating with production planning, quality assurance, assembly and production
- Experience in CNC milling or mechanical manufacturing
- Confident understanding of technical drawings, tolerances and materials
- Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc or comparable controls is an advantage
- Quality-conscious, precise and structured working method
- Enthusiasm for mechanical engineering, manufacturing and practical technology
- Team-oriented and reliable personality
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or CNC mechanic- Experience in CNC milling or mechanical manufacturing
