The training normally lasts 3 years. If you have already completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, it is possible to complete the training in a shortened period of 2 years.

Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the entire care and support of patients from admission to discharge
- You independently and autonomously manage the entire nursing process
- As a qualified nurse, you act as the central point of contact for patients, relatives, and the interdisciplinary team
- With your motivation and commitment, you take on an advisory, coordinating, and supportive role in everyday nursing
- You bring a high level of commitment to professional, appreciative, and patient-oriented care
Your Profile
- 3-year vocational training with a federal certificate of competence or a general qualification (FMS certificate or Matura)
- Passed aptitude assessment at Careum or ZAG, including a two-day aptitude internship at the University Clinic Balgrist.
