About us:

Since 1910, our family jewellery business based in Morges has specialised in the manufacture of bespoke gold jewellery, set with diamonds and other precious stones. We distinguish ourselves by our respect for ethics and the environment, our expertise in wedding rings, and the distribution of premium brands suited to all budgets.

We are recruiting:

Position: Sales Advisor

Work rate: 40-50% fixed, possibility of additional hours

We are looking for a flexible candidate, willing to occasionally increase their hours according to our needs and their availability.

Contract start: to be agreed

Responsibilities:

• Sale of branded jewellery and watches
• Advising future spouses on the choice of their wedding rings
• Managing customer relations (emails, phone calls)
• Creating displays to showcase our jewellery pieces
• After-sales service and follow-up of customer files (repairs, warranties, orders)
• Receiving goods and sending to external collaborators
• Stock management and inventory of new merchandise

Your profile:

• Federal certificate of competence as a retail manager specialising in "Jewellery-Watches-Precious Stones"
• Experience in jewellery sales and customer file management
• Fluent command of the French language and specific professional vocabulary
• Ease in engaging conversation and ability to identify customer desires and concerns
• Excellent organisational skills and presentation appropriate to the luxury sector

Additional assets (optional but highly appreciated):

• Professional fluency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of the "Diamond" jewellery management software
• Knowledge in gemmology
