Assistant in Health & Social Care (m/f/d)

You care for elderly people respectfully, empathetically and personally, and you are committed to the self-determination of the residents? Then you are exactly right with us. We offer our residents various stay options: from two-week short stays to long-term care and holiday rooms. Our care team of around 45 people across four departments works interdisciplinarily and cares for the residents together with our medical team. We look forward to your support!

You will be responsible for

• Providing individual care and support to our residents, responding to their needs and wishes
• Shaping daily life on the ward together with your team
• Taking on household tasks as well
• Independently and responsibly managing care documentation

You bring with you

• You have training as an Assistant in Health & Social Care or as a Nursing Assistant FA and ideally bring several years of professional experience
• You enjoy working with elderly and demented people
• You like working independently and feel comfortable in a team
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends, but no night shifts
