For our innovative and nature-based offering "Sandgrueb Animal- and Nature-Assisted Therapy" in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Egg location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable and responsible person who safely transports our young clients from the institution or home to the riding facility and back as

Your Tasks
- Safe and punctual driving service throughout the canton of Zurich for children and adolescents to and from the "Sandgrueb" riding facility according to the timetable
- Accompanying the young passengers throughout the entire boarding and alighting process as well as during the journey
- Collaboration with various professionals (nursing, social pedagogy, therapy, and school) from different locations in the CAPA (inpatient, day clinic, and outpatient), parents, and management
- Ensuring vehicle safety such as correct installation of child seats, departure checks, cleanliness inside the vehicle
- During waiting times at the "Sandgrueb" riding facility, participation in technical or operational activities such as supporting professionals in the area of experiential education
Your Profile
- Possession of a valid category B driving licence
- Impeccable, current special private extract for legally secure handling of minors
- Pedagogical skill, composure, and empathy in dealing with children and adolescents in challenging situations
- High willingness to de-escalate and psychological resilience in unpredictable behaviour
- Punctuality, reliability, and a forward-looking, safe driving style
- Good and clear communication skills in German
