Accounting Assistant

About the job

Regen Lab SA has been dedicated since 2003 to the production of medical devices for the preparation of autologous blood derivatives (PRP) for non-haematological therapeutic uses.

As part of strengthening our finance team, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant at 80–100% for our Monthey site.

You will join a small team and take on a versatile role in the fields of accounting, finance and administration.

Your responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Check, approve and post supplier/creditor invoices
• Prepare and make payments of invoices on the company’s various bank accounts
• Monitor creditors/suppliers
• File invoices and accounting documents
• Check and record expense claims
• Manage, record and control expenses made using the company credit cards
• Record bank transactions
• Participate in closing tasks and accounting controls

General Administration

• Receive, record and distribute incoming mail
• Ensure filing and archiving of administrative and accounting documents
• Create, organise and maintain a reliable and accessible filing system
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance department
• Collaborate with various company departments as well as external partners

Your profile

• Commercial training with a specialisation in accounting, accounting/finance training or an equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a company in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting
• Fluent English is essential, both spoken and written
• Very good command of French
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of Abacus is a real advantage
• Organised, rigorous and methodical person
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and respect for deadlines
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Ease in communication with different interlocutors
• Team spirit and ability to work in a versatile environment
