Deputy Head of the Pensions Service 80%-100%

The Pensions Service is made up of pension management specialists, lawyers and an administrative team. It comprises around 70 people.

You support the head in managing the service by ensuring the development of a climate of trust that encourages initiative and a collaborative spirit.

At the same time, you manage a partial portfolio of cases to maintain your closeness to the field and strengthen team support.

You participate in all management tasks (recruitment, continuous improvement, assignments, collaboration, etc.) as well as in various service or cross-functional projects.

You actively collaborate with other managers, particularly in project management, information flow, work organisation and the development of collaborations.

As a source of proposals and conviction, you encourage staff adherence to the office’s vision and align daily actions accordingly.

You have proven experience in case management within a social insurance context.

With experience in team management, you are comfortable with collaborative management and project management.

Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and an analytical, creative and pragmatic mindset, you are solution-oriented.

You stand out for your ability to inspire confidence and your active listening; among your other strengths are assertiveness and a clear vision of the issues.

A dynamic, organised and rigorous person, you also know how to manage stress and priorities.
