Your Tasks
Occupational therapy in a special setting: Your tasks include the occupational therapeutic treatment and support of psychologically conspicuous and cognitively impaired inmates in the Basel remand prison.
Interdisciplinary collaboration: Equally important is the interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from therapy, the medical service, doctors, and the psychological-psychiatric service.
Stabilisation, creativity and initiative: You support admitted persons in stabilising their mental state. Furthermore, you write treatment notes and reports, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and jointly develop therapeutic concepts.
Your Profile
Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience. Ideally, you bring knowledge from psychiatry.
Personality: You understand how to independently and as part of a team recognise, understand, and respond to the specific psychiatric and cognitive problems of people from various nationalities and backgrounds.
Education: You have completed training as an occupational therapist FH.
Language: Foreign language skills are an advantage.
