What is my role?
Our client requires support from an experienced professional in HR controlling and compensation management for a strategically important position. In this role, you will take on central tasks in personnel management and contribute significantly to the further development of HR processes.
Your focus is on creating transparency and sound decision-making bases:
You develop meaningful personnel metrics and analyses for strategic decisions
You prepare forecasts on personnel development and cost trends
You accompany the budgeting process from an HR perspective
In the compensation area, you take on important tasks:
You evaluate compensation data and prepare salary processes
You conduct market comparisons and ensure competitiveness
You participate in the evaluation of positions and the development of compensation instruments
As a project lead, you drive change forward:
You take on leadership or collaboration roles in important HR projects
You promote digitalisation and process optimisation in the personnel area
You actively shape the HR infrastructure by defining requirements for systems and reporting tools
What do I need to be successful?
For this position, you ideally bring:
A university degree with a focus on personnel, business, or finance
Solid practical experience in personnel controlling and compensation topics
