Our client, a care centre on Lake Zurich, is a modern value-oriented institution with a Protestant background. Our client supports people in various life situations and offers them a home – whether in the care sector, in retirement apartments, or in the guest operation. Around 150 employees are committed daily to the care, support, hospitality, technology, activation, and administration for the well-being of the residents.
Your Tasks
- Taking on the role of key contact person for residents
- Active participation in care and support
- Working with digital care documentation systems (careCoach, RAI) as well as careful recording
- Respectful and trustworthy communication with relatives
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Knowledge of RAI and careCoach is an advantage
- Strong social skills and ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment in sharing knowledge, taking responsibility, and acting as a role model
