Our client is an established organisation in the Swiss health and care sector, providing a comprehensive range of services for elderly people. The range of services includes both outpatient and inpatient offerings, ranging from assisted living to comprehensive care and support as well as outpatient Spitex services.

Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)

• Taking over daily responsibility in shift work
• Ensuring individual care and support of residents
• Supporting qualified nursing staff in care planning
• Participating in the implementation and evaluation of nursing processes
• Maintaining complete documentation of care services
• Adhering to quality standards in the care process
• Promoting a respectful team environment

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent
• Professional experience in long-term care with elderly people
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Knowledge of electronic care documentation is an advantage
• Empathetic and resilient personality
• Strong commitment and sense of responsibility
• High quality and service awareness
• Team player with humour and good manners
• Enjoyment of learning and personal development
