We are currently seeking an electrical site manager (M/F/D) with a minimum of 6 months' experience, mandatory in an equivalent position in Switzerland.

Job Description

• Technical management of sites in collaboration with the project manager
• Management of a team of 10 to 30 people
• Ordering and management of materials
• Preparation of measurements and work orders
• Participation in site meetings
• Time management to meet deadlines

We Expect

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an electrician installer (or at least a BTS Melec) with confirmed experience in a similar position of at least 6 months (site manager diploma is a great advantage)
• You have experience in the industrial sector, large sites, housing and public buildings
• You have natural leadership to motivate and unite your team
• You are autonomous, organised and responsible
• You have the drive to undertake and successfully complete assigned projects
• Finally, you are able to handle unforeseen events and propose solutions
• You are mobile in the Geneva region, Nyon or Gland
