Property Manager

Well established in the Geneva area, we are a medium-sized real estate agency managing properties on behalf of various owners, such as real estate companies, condominium associations, pension funds, municipalities, cooperatives, etc., including both free-market and subsidised housing.

We are looking for a

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the management, processing, technical and administrative follow-up of a portfolio of mixed residential buildings (institutional, cooperatives, subsidised, free-market, etc.);
• Manage works: planning – coordination – control;
• Prepare regular technical reports and annual budgets;
• Check invoices and quotes;
• Prepare owners' meetings;
• Manage relationships with owners, authorities, tenants and companies;
• Manage and control the execution of the caretakers’ specifications;
• Prepare preliminary condition reports, as well as entry and exit condition reports;
• Check leases and their annexes.

Education & Experience

• You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification;
• You can demonstrate solid experience (minimum 5 years) within a real estate agency as a property manager, preferably with management of an institutional portfolio;
• APGCI/USPI training, federal property manager diploma are a real asset.

Language

• French, perfect command of spoken and written language.

• Knowledge of new regulations implementing the energy law;
• Knowledge of various Eco 21 optimisation tools/methods;
• Writing skills and proficiency with IT tools, QUORUM and GARAIO REM programmes are a real asset.
