About the job
The Schaffhausen Hospitals include the Cantonal Hospital, the Psychiatric Services, the Radiology and Cardiology Posthof Neuhausen practices, as well as the Neurology Practice Schaffhausen Centre. With over 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Annually, we care for around 11,000 inpatient and 90,000 outpatient patients. Additionally, we are an important training centre in the canton.
Are you interested in an exciting internship in the HR field? We are looking to support our HR consulting from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2026 or by arrangement with a university intern with a workload of 80-100%.

What You Bring to Us
- Advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Law
- Initial practical experience in personnel management or HR consulting is an advantage but not mandatory
- Team player with an independent and structured working style
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, initiative and sense of responsibility
