In this role, you take responsibility for planning and implementing innovative, reliable, and at the same time flexible IT solutions. You ensure that IT services are provided efficiently, cost-effectively, and according to demand for different customer types – whether on-premise, in the cloud, or in hybrid environments. You use a modern high-performance cloud and ensure that demanding IT infrastructures run stably and performantly at all times. In addition, you coordinate the associated logistics and service operations to ensure proactive and sustainable IT operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Technical Project Leads and System Engineers both professionally and personally
Plan, coordinate, and ensure IT projects and stable customer operations in a structured manner
Co-design customer environments with Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, and VMware
Standardise, optimise operational processes and implement technical company standards
Coach employees and promote professional and personal development
Qualifications:
Education or training in computer science (EFZ/HF) or comparable qualification
At least three years of experience in professional or personnel leadership
At least three years of practical experience in system engineering
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune/MDM, Teams as well as VMware Horizon and ESX
Strong customer orientation, communication skills, self-organisation, and team spirit
