Skills
- Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent required; school experience a plus.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Team-oriented, responsible, reliable, and helpful.

The Ilgenhalde site is one of our three institutions. It offers school, living, and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. For our secretariat, we are looking for a motivated reinforcement by arrangement as

These are your tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for parents, legal representatives, and external guests
and thus the friendly face (and voice) of Ilgenhalde - You carefully maintain the data of the children and young people in our systems
- You manage telephone and email channels and take care of the daily post
- You assist in coordinating various interfaces and appointments
- In close exchange with the team, you continuously coordinate and take on an important hub function
- In case of absences, you ensure mutual representation with the team
This is what you bring:
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Team player, responsible, reliable, and helpful
- Experience in a school environment is an advantage
