About our client
For an internationally renowned top company on the left shore of Lake Zurich, we are looking immediately or at the latest by 15 October for a reliable, independent and resilient personality in the field of Accounting & Finance.
In this versatile role, you will support the well-established finance team during a maternity leave. Through an internal redistribution, you will primarily take on the tasks of an experienced team member, who will also be your fixed contact person throughout the entire assignment:
Main & subsidiary accounting: Independent booking of bank, debtor and creditor transactions as well as maintenance of the general ledger.
Closings & reconciliations: Active participation in monthly and annual closings (OR & IFRS) as well as conducting monthly balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
Reporting & recharges: Recording financial data in the consolidation system (Tagetik) as well as handling intercompany recharges (e.g. insurances, stock options).
Support & administration: First-level support for the travel expense tool (SAP Concur), assistance with audits and general administrative matters.
Qualifications
Your profile
Professional competence: Further training in finance and accounting (e.g. specialist in finance and accounting with EFA) or corresponding several years of professional experience in accounting (closing security is an advantage).
Trustee experience welcome: Candidates from the fiduciary sector are very welcome, as they usually adapt quickly to new structures.
Systems: Good MS Office skills (Excel/Word). Abacus knowledge is a plus but not a requirement with appropriate IT affinity.
Languages: Good English skills are mandatory. Fluent German is not a must-have, provided the professional competence and English are adequate.
Soft skills: You are characterised by stress resistance, self-organisation and flexibility and always remain calm even in busy phases.
Your benefits
Reliable support: A fixed internal contact person accompanies you throughout the entire assignment.
Attractive employer: Dynamic, international environment at a top employer in the Lake Zurich region.
