In this role, you design sophisticated IT infrastructures, accompany customers strategically and bring your know-how into varied projects. You develop modern, sustainable IT solutions tailored to the needs of corporate clients in the areas of managed services, cloud solutions and IT security. You use your solid expertise to develop technical concepts and implement them in practice. As a Senior System Engineer, you take responsibility for stable, secure and future-proof IT environments. In addition, you contribute to ensuring that customers can rely on professional and reliable IT consulting in the long term.
Responsibilities:
Design and technical implementation of modern infrastructure and cloud solutions for different customer environments
Assuming technical responsibility for assigned IT landscapes and their continuous optimisation and further development
Solving complex problems at 3rd level as well as providing professional support to the engineering team through active knowledge transfer
Technical support of customer projects and consulting on architectural decisions around Microsoft, workplace and cloud technologies
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with appropriate further education and several years of professional experience in system engineering
Solid expertise in Microsoft 365, mobile application/device management as well as experience with Azure IaaS environments
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, scripting and virtualisation as well as interest in modern security technologies
Independent and customer-oriented personality with confident German; Microsoft certifications and driving licence category B are advantageous
