Head of IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the architecture and implementation of complex IT infrastructure projects
Technical leadership and mentoring of the engineering team
Design and implementation of Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Windows Server, Security, Network, Backup)
Consulting customers, developing and implementing IT strategies as the interface between technology and business
Ensuring high-quality, timely and cost-conscious project implementations
Qualifications:
Advanced training or relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cloud, Architecture)
Experience as an IT architect and project manager in demanding, complex IT environments
Proven expertise as a lead engineer or senior systems engineer with a high level of responsibility
Deep knowledge of Microsoft and cloud technologies (M365, Azure, Windows Server, Network, Security)
Independent, innovative and strong communication skills in German and English
