Senior Program Officer
Geneva | 14 Oct - 31 Dec 2026 | Fixed-Term Contract
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Officer to support a high-profile international gender equality programme during a maternity cover assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate programme and grant close-out activities
- Manage partner relationships, budgets, timelines, and reporting
- Support governance and steering committee activities
- Lead operational readiness for the next programme phase
- Monitor risks, milestones, and programme performance
Your Profile
- Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or similar
- Strong project/programme management experience
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fluent English; French is an advantage
