INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (f/m/d)

From its four sites in Romanel-sur-Lausanne, Carouge, Monthey and Farvagny, the company LEUBA HIAG SA serves the wood processing sector of French-speaking Switzerland with a balanced range of products and an extensive offer of services and logistical provisions. Our products are intended for our clientele mainly composed of joiners, carpenters, floor layers and masons.

Kuratle Group is a group of companies consisting of around 20 firms. LEUBA HIAG SA is part of it. Under the aegis of Kuratle Group, it thus offers added value to the customer, who is offered comprehensive solutions in the fields of commerce, production and logistics.

We are strengthening our inside sales team in Romanel-sur-Lausanne. Are you looking for a new job and have good knowledge of wood material and its derivatives?

Your tasks

• Advise our clientele, by telephone or in our showroom
• Receive and process their requests, orders etc.
• Project follow-up from offer to delivery
• Administrative work

Your profile

• Training in the wood sector preferably as a joiner, carpenter or experience in timber construction - commercial training would be an asset
• Strong focus on advice and sales
• Negotiation talent and ability to successfully close deals
• High sense of autonomy and personal initiative
• Charismatic personality, customer-oriented
• Knowledge of German an advantage
• Proficiency with IT tools - Knowledge of SAP programme an advantage
