Warranty Billing Manager
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for warranty billing according to manufacturer guidelines
- Management of an administrative team
- Appointment management and workshop work planning
- Establishment and monitoring of performance indicators
- Preparation and follow-up of files
- Management and monitoring of billing
- Administrative support for after-sales service teams
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma in the automotive sector
- You have experience in a similar position within the automotive industry
- You are proficient with common IT tools (Office)
- You are able to converse in English (an advantage)
- You are organised, quick, efficient and conscientious
- You are available and enjoy working in a team
- You are stress-resistant and able to manage priorities
- You have excellent customer contact skills, a strong sense of hospitality and service
