We are currently looking for: Group Accountants / Senior Corporate Controllers who bring a strong combination of solid accounting knowledge and strategic corporate controlling.
Your Responsibilities
Financial & Group Reporting: Support or lead the preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to international (IFRS / Swiss GAAP FER) and national (OR) accounting standards.
Corporate Controlling: Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes to provide senior management and stakeholders with sound financial insights.
Process Optimisation & Digitalisation: Actively participate in finance transformation projects, including ERP system migrations (e.g. SAP) and the automation/digitalisation of financial subprocesses.
Governance & Compliance: Maintain and optimise the internal control system (ICS) and ensure full compliance with financial and tax regulations.
Strategic Consulting: Cross-departmental collaboration as a trusted business partner in strategic ad-hoc projects, such as M&A activities, treasury management or audit preparations.
Your Profile
Education: Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, finance or accounting, or a higher federal diploma (e.g. Swiss Certified Public Accountant, Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling).
Professional Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of solid professional experience in a Big Four / external audit firm or in a group accounting or controlling function of a multinational corporation.
Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER. Strong affinity for data, data analysis tools and modern financial ERP systems (especially SAP).
Mindset: An analytically thinking, dynamic and team-oriented personality who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and values entrepreneurial responsibility.
Languages: German: Business fluent / negotiation level; English: Business fluent / negotiation level; French: Knowledge advantageous / nice-to-have.
