Qualified Nurse 60-100%, Acute and Palliative Care
Your tasks – our position
- Ensure professional care of patients and guarantee care adapted to their needs, in consultation with their relatives
- Contribute to evidence-based quality of care and participate in the continuous improvement process
- Promote targeted and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional care team
- Ensure future professional knowledge by enthusiastically accompanying and supporting our apprentices
Your skills – our expectations
- Diploma as a nurse ES/HES
- Professional experience in acute care (ideally)
- Autonomous, strong sense of responsibility and high quality work standards
- Organised and conscientious work
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, stress resistance
- Communication in German or French (both oral and written) and knowledge of the other language or willingness to learn it
