Our client is an engineering firm renowned for its expertise in building electrical installations. Active in energy renovation projects, infrastructure modernisation, and complex buildings, it supports public and private project owners with a resolutely multidisciplinary approach. To continue its development, it is currently seeking a Head of Electrical Project Teams to lead around ten engineers and support the technical quality as well as the performance of projects.

- You will manage and develop a team of about ten engineers and project managers specialised in electrical installations.
- You will oversee the project portfolio, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives, while supporting project managers in their technical decisions.
- You will promote collaboration between different technical disciplines, notably HVAC, BIM, and automation, to propose coherent and efficient solutions.
- You will participate in the continuous improvement of working methods, design standards, and internal processes.
- You will develop a trusting relationship with clients and contribute, through your expertise, to the firm’s reputation among partners and project owners.
- You are a HES or EPFL engineer, or hold an equivalent qualification in electrical engineering.
- You have solid experience in building electrical projects, ideally gained in an engineering firm in French-speaking Switzerland.
- You have proven experience in managing technical teams or a genuine ability to support and develop colleagues.
- You are comfortable coordinating complex projects and liaising with a variety of stakeholders, both technical and decision-making.
- You demonstrate unifying leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a collaborative approach.
