Inside Sales Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Your tasks in this Inside Sales role:

You routinely handle telephone as well as written enquiries from customers regarding products in larger quantities, procure special items and are involved in customer projects. You independently process customer orders, including the entire order processing and calculation, and also independently prepare offers. In close contact with the product managers in the UK, you ensure that the items requested by customers are available in sufficient quantities.

In short: Together with your corresponding colleague from field sales, you ensure that customers are fully satisfied.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed commercial training

• Experience in inside sales

• You bring solid experience in active sales and customer consulting, ideally in a technical environment

• You are proficient in SAP (SD module) and MS Office

• You are a sociable, communicative personality with a strong service orientation and negotiation skills

• You are characterised by flexibility, initiative and an independent, structured way of working

• You have good French, Italian and English skills (at least B1)

• German at B1 level

• Experience in B2B business as well as in the e-commerce environment is an advantage

• School leavers are also welcome
