Job description:

• Manage all activities related to the portfolio of condominiums, both technically and administratively.
• Be responsible for all activities of the assigned condominium group.
• Supervise and carry out the various tasks involved in the work monitoring process.
• Actively participate in the General Meetings of the assigned condominium buildings as well as in committees and delegation meetings.

• Good knowledge of condominium management in Switzerland.
• Good knowledge of Quorum is an asset.
• Good command of IT tools.
• Great ease in communication, especially by telephone.
• Being organised.
• Driving licence.
