• Do you hold a master’s degree in occupational psychology or in migration and citizenship, or a certification as a coach?

• Do you have proven experience with migrant populations in the field of professional reintegration and/or personnel placement?

• Are you proficient in interview and coaching techniques and possess a keen sense of active listening?

• Are you familiar with the Romandy economic fabric and have a wide personal network of companies?

• Are you responsible, organised, and solution-oriented and autonomous?

To support the activities of our Connexion-Ressources structure, a job coaching and active placement organisation, for the Youth & Migration service at our Lausanne site, we are looking for a:

Your missions

As a Job Coach, you ensure the proper follow-up of beneficiaries enrolled in social integration measures.

This support aims to prepare for employment by providing individualised, personalised and weekly coaching. Your main activities:

• You provide personalised support to beneficiaries (individual coaching, skills assessment, determining rehabilitation potential)
• You identify or clarify a professional or training project
• You engage beneficiaries around their professional/integration project and develop their autonomy
• You develop beneficiaries’ employability and identify opportunities and priority employment targets (preparing a professional portfolio, interview techniques, job search strategy)
• You ensure the placement of beneficiaries in employment (internship and/or apprenticeship)
• You maintain and develop the network of companies by actively prospecting the labour market
• You manage the administrative tasks inherent to this exciting and demanding activity
