Health Centres for the Elderly
Do you enjoy working with people? Together, we ensure holistic care and comprehensive nursing for the residents. We work in the areas of long-term care, dementia, geriatrics, gerontopsychiatry, palliative care, and rehabilitative transitional care based on the latest knowledge and many years of experience. We will look together at which of our approximately 34 locations suits you best.
Responsibilities
- You independently and confidently carry out the planned nursing and care tasks.
- You report observations, provide objective reports, and document fully and clearly.
- You assist with activating, reactivating, and maintaining therapeutic nursing and care tasks.
- You know the nursing and care-related needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
- You assist in caring for residents in crisis situations.
Profile
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Responsible, reliable, and precise working style
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification (with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad)
- Good IT skills
- A heart for our residents
