We are looking for HES nurses or those recognised by the Red Cross for home care assignments,
either occasional or long-term.

You are available between 50% and 100% and wish to undertake:
• occasional assignments (full or half days),
• or a long-term assignment (minimum 3 months at 80%, with the possibility of evolving into a permanent position)?

Your tasks:
- Provide nursing and basic care at the home of persons with physical, psychological dependency or disability (health checks, blood pressure measurement, blood sampling, blood sugar, injections, dressings)
- Support the multidisciplinary CMS team in managing patient situations
- Ensure proper communication of information among all stakeholders through the patient file
Profile sought
We are looking for:
- Bachelor in nursing or foreign diploma with Swiss Red Cross recognition mandatory
- Experience:
• Minimum 6 months experience in home care.
- Technical skills:
• Knowledge of Medlink software: an asset.
- Availability:
• Required schedule flexibility (split shifts, mornings, evenings and weekends).
- Personal qualities:
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent presentation
- Autonomy and initiative
- Adaptability
- Good communication and relational skills
- Patience and good stress management
