Service Technician Automation & Electromechanics (m/f/d)

Role:
Our client is an internationally active company in the field of intralogistics and automation technology, developing innovative solutions for modern storage and conveyor systems. Responsibilities:
You carry out electromechanical maintenance and repair work on automated conveyor and storage systems and ensure their reliable operation.
You analyse technical faults in electrical and mechanical components and ensure sustainable troubleshooting.
You undertake repairs, adjustments, and modernisations on electrical controls and automation systems.
You look after customer systems domestically and abroad and take on planned on-call duties as required.
You are the technical contact person on site and support customers with questions regarding system function and operational safety.
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training as an automation technician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, electromechanic, or a comparable technical qualification.
Ideally, you have professional experience in technical field service, industrial maintenance, or electromechanical plant service.
You are familiar with PLC controls, industrial bus systems, and systematic fault finding on electrical systems.
You communicate confidently in German. English or French skills are advantageous for international service assignments.
You work independently and customer-oriented, are physically resilient, and not afraid of heights.
You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to undertake regular service assignments with occasional overnight stays.
